Our room was well-equipped and provided with blind window and selection of pillows, for instance as expected. Location: the hotel was just off the metro which was near to most lines, Yodoyabashi station, and yodoyabashi station,a couple of 24h shops nearby, very good choice...

The staff here were super helpful all day long! I got a clean and simple room with a cool bar, but the window had blinds on it, which was a bit odd. 🪟

The hotel was centrally located and easy to find. The breakfast was quite tasty and offered a good variety. The room was cozy and fully equipped with everything one could need. Best of all, the staff were friendly, approachable, and always ready to help with whatever we needed.
Our Christmas experience at this hotel was dampened by some issues. For starters, there was a lack of holiday decor or festive ambiance, which made it feel a bit impersonal and lacked any holiday spirit.

The location of Sanco Inn was perfect for exploring Osaka. It was just a short 4-minute walk to the subway station, making it convenient for us to travel around the city. The hotel was also located near Umeda and Namba, which were popular areas to visit.
Although there were some minor drawbacks, like the occasional interruption in the wifi and the slightly firm mattresses, they didn't overshadow our overall experience at Sanco Inn. The staff, though communication was a bit challenging at times, were always polite and accommodating.

The breakfast at this hotel was really tasty and offered a wide variety of options from both Japanese and continental choices. the staff was always friendly and ready to help with anything we needed, and the room was fully equipped with everything we needed. Best aspects: the location of this hotel was great, as it was close to key areas like Umeda and Namba, making it easy to explore the city. We also loved the option to switch pillows and rent different items, and appreciated the options to conserve resources by not having our room cleaned every day.
The room was quite small, and the furniture took up a lot of space, making it difficult to move around and even open our luggage properly. the mattress was a bit too firm for our liking, although this seems to be a common feature throughout Japan.
